About the role
Provide quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans in collaboration with the care team. Act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate documentation

- Perform other duties as assigned to enhance patient outcomes and team effectiveness
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Active RN license (single-state or multi-state)
- Certification in BLS (required)
- Demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and commitment to ongoing development
- Ability to foster mentorship and support organizational standards and policies
