About the role

Provide quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans in collaboration with the care team. Act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Support performance improvement initiatives
  • Promote patient- and family-centered care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
  • Participate in quality improvement and shared governance initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned to enhance patient outcomes and team effectiveness

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Active RN license (single-state or multi-state)
  • Certification in BLS (required)
  • Demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and commitment to ongoing development
  • Ability to foster mentorship and support organizational standards and policies
