Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Services

About the role

Responsible for providing specialized care in an 18-bed ER unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.

Responsibilities

• Delivering nursing care to acutely ill patients
• Utilizing clinical judgment, critical thinking, prioritization, and time management across diverse healthcare needs
• Performing procedures within the scope of practice set by the Iowa State Board of Nursing

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within six months of hire

Preferred experience

• 1+ year in Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, ER, or Psychiatry
