Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Services

About the role

Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for patients, including assessment, goal setting, care plan development, and implementation. Acts as a patient advocate, educates patients and families, and collaborates with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Evaluate care outcomes
• Document observations
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Assist in onboarding new staff
• Participate in quality improvement activities

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current RN license in practice state
• Certifications: BCLS (post-orientation), ACLS and PALS within six months
• Less than one year of experience preferred
