Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Weekend Differential

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment. Responsibilities include: Performing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; delivering relationship-based, culturally competent care; partnering with patients and families; and coordinating interdisciplinary communication to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate with team members, support performance improvement initiatives, and participate in evidence-based practice and research activities.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote a competent and healthy workforce while modeling professional nursing practice.Develop protocols and support resource utilization to enhance patient care and safety. Qualifications include: An Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license, and required certifications such as BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS. A minimum of 5 years RN experience is required. Skills needed: Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and proficiency in clinical technology. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and respond to emergencies with professionalism.
