Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Emergency Department

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Duties Include Performing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Providing relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involving families and significant others in the care process.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement efforts.Serving as a preceptor/mentor, promoting professional development, and supporting research and performance initiatives.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, organizational policies, and clinical competencies. Qualifications And Skills Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor’s preferred.Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and necessary certifications (BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS).Minimum 5 years RN experience, with strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and time management skills.Ability to utilize technology effectively and respond decisively to emergencies.
