Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Department up to level 1 trauma designation, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Prioritize patient safety, evidence-based practice, and wellness.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff and contribute to quality care at the point of care.
• Deliver bedside emergency care, participate in professional development, and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience)
• Valid RN licensure
• At least 6 months of RN experience
• Certifications: ENPC or PALS, TNCC or ATCN, Trauma Nurse Core Course, ACLS, and BLS
• Ability to work night shifts in an onsite role
