About the role
Provides direct clinical care in the Emergency Department as a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Develop and modify care plans
- Perform procedures
- Document accurately
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
- Support high-quality, safe nursing practices
- Ensure staff competency and resource management
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS, PALS, CPI, NRP certifications within specified periods
- Preferred: bachelor's or master's degree
