Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - $34-44 per hour

Position Overview: The RN Manager, ED is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Emergency Department, managing staff, and ensuring quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Manage patient care, ensuring adherence to standards and evaluating care effectiveness.Develop and monitor departmental budgets, control expenses, and oversee supply and equipment management.Lead staff recruitment, orientation, training, and performance evaluations, fostering staff development and team building.Coordinate staffing schedules, manage employee performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Participate in committees, maintain survey readiness, and assist with special projects.Handle ethical issues, enforce policies, and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications Registered Nurse license in the state.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher preferred; minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry, with 2+ years management experience.CPR and ACLS certifications required. Skills: Strong decision-making, accuracy, computer proficiency, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and handle diverse situations.
