Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - $33-41 per hour

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for the Emergency Department to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include: managing department operations, supervising and training staff, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Providing comprehensive, individualized nursing care based on the nursing process to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and educational needs.Participating in budget development, managing expenses, and monitoring variances to maintain fiscal responsibility.Handling staff scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and supporting staff development and leadership.Ensuring departmental readiness, participating in committees, and managing quality improvement initiatives.Handling ethical issues, maintaining confidentiality, and addressing clinical concerns and staff relations. Qualifications Include Current Registered Nurse license, CPR, and ACLS certification.Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; a Master's degree is preferred.3-5 years of clinical experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry, with at least 2 years in management.Strong decision-making, accuracy, computer skills, and ability to work under deadlines. This role requires leadership, operational management, staff development, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
