Registered Nurse (RN) Day Shift Supervisor *$12,000 Sign-on Bonus*

Compensation and Benefits

• $12,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates

Essential Functions

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents, documenting as required
• Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification
• Working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Effective communication with residents, families, and all organizational levels
• Decisive and quick response in emergency situations
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
