RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Monday to Friday Evening Shift $ 5,000 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in care planning for residents requiring advanced preparation of resident care.
• Ensures timely completion of all paperwork requested by the Nursing Office, including monitors, pharmacy reviews, etc.
• Communicates with various disciplines within the facility to maintain proper resident care and share information about resident therapy and progress.
• Notifies the MDS Coordinator, supervisor, restorative coordinator, and other relevant parties of any changes in a resident's condition.
• Writes summaries detailing the reasons for attending to residents, noting problems encountered and progress made, to aid the physician in providing appropriate care.
• Conducts initial assessments of new admissions and returnees from hospitals, prepares documents for doctors' orders, and orders medications as needed.
• Makes rounds to personally observe the conditions of the residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Two (2) years' experience in institutional resident care preferred.
• CPR and AED certification.
