About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process using evidence-based practices.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity, partners with patients and families, and practices according to current clinical standards.
• Ensures safe care delivery and promotes teamwork through effective communication.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and supports professional development as a preceptor or mentor.
• Advocates for evidence-based practice and research.
• Adheres to organizational policies and safety standards and contributes to protocol development.
• Coordinates patient care and documents accurately.
• Participates in research and system protocols.
• Supports resource efficiency and complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
