Role Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
