Responsibilities

• Career Development: Mentor and support new graduate nurses and early-career staff.
• Positive Learning Environment: Foster a positive learning environment for a young, motivated team.
• Guidance and Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to help team members develop their skills.
• Managing Patient Flow: Manage patient flow and resource allocation.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Emergency Department experience
• Charge nurse experience highly preferred
