Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and professional nursing standards
- Perform initial and ongoing resident assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Administer medications and provide therapeutic treatments, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management
- Carry out physician orders and coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare disciplines as needed
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- Current CPR certification
