Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily clinical operations of the office.
- Partner with the Office Manager to ensure efficient clinic workflow.
- Assign and oversee nursing responsibilities to support high-quality patient care.
- Mentor, train, and onboard new nursing and clinical staff.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support to the clinical team.
- Maintain a secure medication control system and oversee medication management.
- Review and maintain patient records and prescription documentation.
- Monitor clinical performance and address issues impacting patient outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania license required before employment).
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or outpatient surgical settings.
- Leadership experience in either an outpatient clinic or hospital setting.
- Proven ability to manage workflow in a high-volume clinical environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time only.
- Monday-Friday Standard office hours, with some procedures beginning as early as 7:00 AM.
- Approximately one Saturday per month (or less, based on business needs), with the following Monday off.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Overtime paid when applicable.
Team Structure
- Supervise approximately 8 clinical team members.
- Comprehensive training provided, including specialty-specific clinical protocols.
