About the Role
As an RN Clinical Manager, you'll provide both clinical leadership and hands-on support to our home health team. You'll serve as a trusted resource for field clinicians while ensuring patients receive the highest quality care in the Gaithersburg community.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support home health clinicians
- Conduct in-home patient visits, assessments, and clinical evaluations
- Provide clinical oversight for patient care and case management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans
- Monitor quality outcomes, compliance, and documentation standards
- Support onboarding, education, coaching, and performance development of clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, OASIS requirements, and agency policies
- Promote outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent field experience in a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency
- Home Health and OASIS experience required
- Strong knowledge of case management and Medicare home health regulations
- Previous clinical leadership, supervisory, or oversight experience
- Experience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent clinical assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and lead with confidence

Pay
$93,000–$102,000 annual salary plus up to $9,000 incentive opportunity. Weekly pay.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (no routine weekend office hours).
