Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Educator

Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse - Clinical Educator to implement clinical and non-clinical education initiatives across the hospital. This role develops, coordinates, and delivers continuing education and in-service programs for all clinical departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuing education and in-service education programs for clinical departments.
• Coordinate educational initiatives to enhance clinical and non-clinical staff competencies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in direct patient care, demonstrating expertise as an expert clinical nurse within the specialty setting.
• Experience in classroom instruction and/or clinical teaching preferred.
• Knowledge of educational development and design is a plus.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $40.06 to $54.20 per hour. Compensation for part-time roles is prorated based on scheduled hours and full-time equivalent (FTE).
