Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Day

Role: RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse, responsible for providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in the operating room environment. Key Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.Delivering individualized care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with patients and families.Coordinating safe and effective care delivery through interdisciplinary teamwork, timely documentation, and fostering a respectful clinical environment.Supporting performance improvement initiatives, participating in research, and promoting evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to other nurses and healthcare staff, modeling professional nursing standards and creating a healthy work environment.Adhering to organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including patient safety goals.Participating in protocol development, resource management, and data collection to optimize care and reduce readmissions and adverse events. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (BSN preferred).Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
