Registered Nurse - RN Case Manager
About the role
A few of our perks include creating your own schedule, great work/life balance, and a starting wage of $47/hr. We provide in-home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illnesses, and our RN-Case Managers conduct weekly nursing visits lasting 1-2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home nursing visits for clients
- Ensure home safety with medical equipment and supplies
- Fill weekly medication planners
- Oversight of skilled and non-skilled caregivers
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care provided
- Coordinate and manage client care conferences
- Support the development of qualifications and the assignment of personnel
- Document and report on infections, occurrences, complaints, and grievances
- Perform supervisory visits as needed
- Participate in interviewing, selection, and ongoing evaluation of clinical personnel
- Train and educate clinical personnel
- Review and validate competency of clinical personnel
- Document and review nurse shift reports
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with marketing activities
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
- B.S.N. preferred
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
- B.S.N. preferred

$47/hr. (Weekly Pay, including 100% of Hourly Wage Paid for Drive Time)

The senior case manager, or similarly qualified alternate, shall be available at all times during operating hours and participate in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished.
