Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

About the role

The RN Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab provides leadership and oversees daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct patient care activities, mentor staff, and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing practices.
• Maintain departmental performance, resource management, and compliance with standards.
• Provide direct patient care when necessary and communicate effectively with leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• At least 1 year of management or leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 3 months), CPI (within 3 months), PALS (within 3 months), NRP (within 3 months) depending on department.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
