Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the Cardiac Cath Lab team, providing operational, clinical, and financial oversight to enhance cardiovascular services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departments including Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology, driving performance through strategic staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and employee development.
• Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to expand diagnostic, interventional, electrophysiology, and vascular services, supporting program growth and improving patient outcomes using data-driven decisions.
• Provide leadership to a team of approximately 75 professionals.
• Drive department performance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support growth of cardiovascular procedures and programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize data to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
• At least 1 year in a Cath Lab setting.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Valid California RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
