Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab - Full Time Days

Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Delegate care aspects to other nursing personnel based on licensure, preparation, and job descriptions
• Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies

Requirements

• ER or ICU RN experience preferred
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire

Schedule

• 36-40 hours per week, day shift
• On-call rotation: 1-2 weeknights per week and every 3rd-4th weekend and holiday

Pay

• Compensation range: $38.22 - $57.33 per hour
• Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) or $10,000 (BSN)
