The Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health supports cardiologists and patients with a compassionate, educated, and experienced staff of nurses, technologists, and nuclear medicine technologists with over 150 years of combined experience in cardiology.
About The Career
The Nurse position at Montrose Regional Health focuses on providing direct patient care, assessment, patient education, discharge planning, patient instruction, patient follow-up, and assisting physicians. Nurses obtain patient information and update medical records accordingly. They are also responsible for performing, monitoring, and controlling quality of diagnostic tests.
All About You
- Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associate's, or Diploma in Nursing
- BLS required upon hire
- ACLS within 9 months of hire
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cardiac nursing
