Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Part Time

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld
• Evaluate care effectiveness and collaborate with healthcare team
• Maintain licensure and certifications as required

Requirements

• Must have completed a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Hold a current RN license in the appropriate state or a compact license
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform movements such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
