About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process, provide patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity, partner with patients and families, practice evidence-based standards, and ensure effective communication and documentation.
• Coordinate care, promote respectful communication, participate in performance improvement, and support shared governance.
• Complete ongoing competency assessments, mentor colleagues, and engage in research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold organizational policies, participate in protocol development, and utilize resources effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support safe, effective patient care.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (bachelor's degree in nursing preferred).
• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
