Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Part Time

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Support the overall care coordination within the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure; responsible for maintaining licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
