Registered Nurse RN Behavioral Health
About the role
This role provides 24/7 crisis intervention and therapeutic services in a medically safe, recovery-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities
- Care for a wide range of mental health diagnoses requiring acute medical care
- Work 3 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
- Utilize self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage
- Enjoy a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other health care team members
- Communicate patient status to other caregivers accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice
- BLS certification
- One year of experience in Behavioral Health
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice, and BLS certification
- May require additional certifications or continuing education based on area of practice

Pay
$10,000.00 Sign-on Incentive for RNs with a minimum of 12 months Behavioral Health RN experience.
Schedule
Full-time (3,12s) Day Shift positions available. Hours will be from 7:00am - 7:30pm for 3 shifts per week, which will include weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
