The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring that the health and safety needs of all residents are met. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility complies with current regulations and standards of practice. Compensation and Benefits: The targeted pay range for this job is $37.00 - $41.00 per hour. Essential Job Responsibilities: Complete initial assessments and service agreements for new residents. Monitor and update residents’ medical records and care plans. Ensure physician orders are signed and followed within 24 hours. Oversee medication administration and medical equipment use. Communicate with physicians about resident care as needed. Help train new team members on health and medication procedures and support ongoing team member education. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in NursingMust be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensureAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formatsAbility to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in NursingPrevious experience working with seniors
