Role Overview This position is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN serves as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions Develop and execute care plans utilizing independent judgment Collaborate with team members and communicate care strategies Advocate for patient and family needs, ensuring satisfaction Participate in performance improvement initiatives Support professional growth, mentorship, and leadership within the team Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance with policies Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact) Certification in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS upon hire Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Commitment to professional development and quality improvement
