Registered Nurse (RN)- ADMU Admission Discharge

About the role

The Admission Discharge Transition Unit (ADMU) is a 14-bed adult medical-surgical observation/inpatient unit with short stays and fast turnover, supported by strong teamwork and a high-energy environment. ADMU is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Pay

$38.20 - $57.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

Schedule

36 hours per week, rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
