Registered Nurse/RN- Admissions (Full Time 1.0/0.9Days)

About the role

Seeking an experienced RN to work day shift on our Admissions team. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the RN supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers
• Sets up patient visits and coordinates with other departments
• Assists with admissions and discharge processes
• Supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania with a minimum of 1 year exp. in the last 4 year required
• Must be able to complete 5 - 6 weeks of a FT, day shift (8am - 5pm) orientation

Qualifications

• Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period ^
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours per two week pay period ^

Pay

• Option 1: Full-Time (1.0 or 80hrs. per biweekly pay period) Day Shift, 8 hr. shifts 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm Weekends: Every 4- 6 weekend Holidays: One every 1 - 2 years
• Option 2: PT9 or 72 hrs. per biweekly pay period Day Shift, 12 hr. shifts 8am - 8:30pm Weekends: Every 4- 6 weekend Holidays - One every 1-2 years
