Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They ensure individualized, safe, and evidence-based care by performing the nursing process, collaborating effectively with team members, and partnering with patients and families to meet care goals. Key Responsibilities Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using clinical standards and critical thinking.Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.Partner with patients and families through communication methods like bedside reports and education.Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication and documentation.Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.Participate in professional development, mentoring, and maintaining competencies.Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.Active RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably with direct patient care.Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and excellent time management.
