Role Summary: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a perioperative setting. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment while promoting cultural sensitivity and patient engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care aligned with clinical standards and patient goals.Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.Support performance improvement initiatives, research participation, and shared governance.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a competent and professional nursing workforce.Promote evidence-based practice, participate in protocol development, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Proactively plan patient care across the continuum, optimizing resource use and safety outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years recent, acute care nursing experience.Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.Active RN license and required certifications including BLS and ACLS.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficiency in technology and documentation systems; ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
