About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting. They practice evidence-based nursing, assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes, ensuring individualized care that respects cultural diversity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and document safe care delivery
- Collaborate with team members through interdisciplinary communication
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Support evidence-based practice and research activities
- Serve as preceptors or mentors for staff
- Promote a respectful environment for patients and team members
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional standards
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS)
- Minimum 5 years of recent acute care nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Ability to utilize technology effectively in clinical care
