Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Per Hour

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Acute Care for a staff role. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and barriers to involvement in care.Maintaining safety and alertness as this position is safety-sensitive. Qualifications Include Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing and RN licensure.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience.No supervisory experience required.
