Key Responsibilities Include
- Receiving admissions and transfers to the unit
- Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Accurate documentation of patient data
- Interpreting diagnostic results, labs, and telemetry
- Transcribing and processing medical orders
- Responding to Rapid Response and code events
- Instructing and counseling patients and families
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Include
- Valid State RN License
- BLS certification at hire and ACLS within 6 months
- Preferred clinical experience
Skills
