Responsibilities
- collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- conducting ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and educational needs
- ensuring accurate, complete documentation in medical records
- interpreting assessment data
- diagnosing nursing problems
- planning and executing interventions
- participating in interdisciplinary team activities to achieve rehabilitation goals
Requirements
- valid RN license
- BLS certification
- flexibility to meet program requirements
Qualifications
- graduated from an accredited nursing program
- strong communication and clinical skills
