About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care role, providing critical inpatient post-ICU services to vulnerable, critically ill patients.
Responsibilities
- Admitting/transferring patients
- Conducting systematic assessments
- Documenting accurately
- Interpreting labs and telemetry
- Transcribing orders
- Responding to rapid response and code events
- Counseling patients and families
- Delivering compassionate patient care
- Ensuring accurate documentation
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to support patient recovery
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification at hire
- ACLS within 6 months
- Clinical experience preferred
