Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate on care plans and prioritize patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Advocate for patients and uphold safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor fellow nurses
• Participate in shared governance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Active RN license (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• Experience in direct patient care preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to policies
