About the role

A Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, acting as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
• Deliver patient-centered care, advocate for patients, and support their satisfaction and needs.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance activities.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.
• Mentor and foster growth among nursing staff, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Document care accurately, communicate effectively, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational goals related to quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate or diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license and certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Experience with direct patient care is preferred.
