Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily patient care routines such as medication administration, feeding, and hygiene.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Completion of a BSN-to-MSN program within the past 5 years.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
