Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care on an Oncology Medsurg Unit, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet individual patient needs. Responsibilities include: conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based clinical care, partnering with patients and families, coordinating care, and participating in performance improvement activities. The nurse supports a respectful, inclusive environment, mentors colleagues, and promotes research and best practices. Qualifications: Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, active RN license (single state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. Skills and Experience: Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to professional standards are essential.
