Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient flow and advocate for patients and families.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional standards and mentor colleagues.
• Support shared governance activities.

Requirements

• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
