About the Role
A Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care aligned with patient and family goals.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care utilizing interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research activities.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a healthy work environment.
- Promote adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; instructor or provisional BLS certifications preferred.
- Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation preferred.
