Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a patient advocate, and supporting organizational improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with care team members; maintain accurate documentation; prioritize patient flow; ensure safety and confidentiality; and contribute to performance improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; valid RN license (multi-state or single-state); BLS certification; strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities; commitment to professional growth and adherence to standards.
