About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and supporting shared governance through involvement in councils or activities.
The nurse monitors patient conditions, assists with care planning, and documents assessments and interventions accurately. They advocate for patients, respond to concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues. Qualifications
- Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing (preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- RN licensure (single-state or multi-state) (required).
