Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Requirements

• Graduate from a state accredited school of professional nursing
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required
• Prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting preferred for specialty area positions
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, accepted methods of requisitioning ancillary department service work, and the medical staff (normally acquired through 1–3 months of orientation)
• Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for relicensure
• Articulate and demonstrate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of MGHP

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour night shift (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), 72 hours per pay period. Every other weekend and rotating holidays in accordance with the CBA.
