As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Preferred
- BSN preferred.
