Location
Must be available to provide services in our Baxter and Wadena, MN territories.
Pay Range
- $35.34 - $46.00 / hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- This position has guaranteed pay for 64 hours per pay period.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Hospice
- Deliver Compassionate Clinical Care
- Conduct skilled assessments and provide routine, PRN, admission, discharge, and death visits
- Deliver hospice care that honors everyone’s physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Partner with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow a comprehensive care plan
- Educate families on what to expect, pain management, and comfort measures
- Lead with Accountability
- Prioritize calls and visits with urgency, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and promptly, often at the point of care
- Actively Collaborate
- Maintain strong communication with entire team: manager, physicians, social workers, aides, chaplains, and referral sources
- Support The Whole Person
- Provide clinical insight and emotional support to families before and after the patient’s death, participating in bereavement planning as needed

- This Job Also Requires
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
